Beatrice Chew-Yeoh, founder of BCY Resources, has more than 30 years' experience in the Search Industry. Beatrice was last employed as the Associate Director of Heidrick & Struggles, Singapore specialising in senior-level cross-border recruitment across all industries. Beatrice helped start up the Singapore office of Heidrick & Struggles together with Kyung Yoon, then the Vice Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles, Asia Pacific in 1996, Beatrice left Heidrick & Struggles in April 2002 to set up BCY Resources.

Previously, Beatrice worked for more than a year as Director of Research with The Consulting Partnership specializing in recruiting for the Banking and Finance Industry for the Asia Region. Prior to that, she spent ten and a half years with Russell Reynolds Associates Inc. in Singapore as its only Generalist Researcher.

Beatrice has worked on senior assignments in Technology, Banking and Finance, Consumer, Healthcare, Hospitality, Professional and the Retail industries in the South East Asian region.

Prior to joining the Search Industry, Beatrice worked with Touche Ross International Asia Pacific Regional Office in Singapore, Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad (Chartered Accountants, Malaysia) now known as Arthur Andersen Associates, Johnson & Johnson and Malayan Banking Berhad in Kuala Lumpur.

Singaporean by marriage and Chinese-Malaysian by birth, Beatrice is fluent in English and Malay, and is conversant in Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew and Mandarin.
